In conversation with the New Statesman’s Katie Stallard, Galeotti will detail how Vladimir Putin and his conflicts have shaped Russia in the 21st century. He will show how Putin has waged his wars, detailing the two incursions into Georgia, the annexation of Crimea and the eventual invasion of Ukraine, and explain how those wars have influenced the country's politics and how politics in turn have influenced Putin’s military campaigns.
